1. ELIGIBILITY

The Complimentary Vacation (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Cornerstone Collective or DY Vacations (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins quarterly on the 1st month of the calendar year and ends on the last day of the last month of every quarter of the calendar year (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible for the current period but the subsequent period that the entry is received in.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by entering their contact details on the home page of dyvacations.com or by booking any travel with dy vacations in the current sweepstakes period. Limit one entry per person per quarter. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Alternative methods of entry (AMOE) are available by entering contact details on the home page of dyvacations.com.

4. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

• A complimentary vacation package of the winner's choice including a 4-night cruise for 2, a 3-night hotel stay for up to 2 adults and 2 children, $500 off of hotel savings, or an air and hotel getaway for 2 people.

• Approximate Retail Value: Varies depending on prize chosen.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All expenses not specifically mentioned, including but not limited to terms, taxes, fees, transportation, meals, and personal expenses, are the winner’s responsibility. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about 1 week after the last day of each quarter of the calendar year. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 15 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. ODDS

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

8. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance/use of the prize.

9. PRIVACY

Any personal information collected will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

10. WINNER LIST

To request the name of the winner, send an email to dreamyourvacations@yahoo.com within 30 days after the Sweepstakes Period.
